About Me
I’m here to help people put a plan in place to achieve their home financing goals. Working in the mortgage industry since 1998, I’ve learned so much throughout the years. When I work with my customers, I strive to provide excellent customer service, educating each customer about the home financing process and helping them meet their individual goals. It’s about presenting the best loan options for each unique situation and serving my customers, not selling them.
With permission, I partner with my customers’ support systems, which may include REALTORS®, attorneys, CPAs, financial planners, and family members. At CMG Home Loans, I have access to a wide variety of home loan programs to meet varying needs, including programs for purchase, refinance, and reverse mortgage transactions.
Through my own personal home financing experiences, both great and painful, I’ve gained first-hand insight that allows me to connect with and relate to what my customers are going through. It’s my duty to work with them so that together we identify what they need. Not everyone has the same story, and I love to help customers put together a plan based on their specific needs.
Every referral is greatly appreciated and treated like family; I hand-hold each client from preapproval to post-closing. The buck stops with me, so if there's any condition to meet or document to be signed, I’ll be the contact for the client. My goal is to build lifelong relationships and serve new and established clients throughout their homeownership journeys.
My passion includes giving back to the local communities. Whether that be getting involved to volunteer, donate or to raise awareness, my passion is helping people. The following organizations are who I have the pleasure of working with and regularly fundraise for multiple non profits in need. I am a member of the Jr. League of Eugene where we focus on helping homeless youth and child trafficking. I am an affiliate member of the Eugene Realtors and on the committee for the Eugene Young Professionals (or YPN) who put together real estate industry events where we help raise money for different causes. I am the V.P. of the Affiliate Committee with the Springfield Realtors helping to make a difference in realtors business and all the way up to the government level where laws are passed that shape our real estate market. I am also a member of the following organizations: BNI Hall of Fame Chapter, Oregon Pride In Business; Oregon Mortgage Association and Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce.
